Dear Shihan, Sensei, Sempai and students
The Ukraine organization MMA Tsu Shin Gen together with Tsu Shin Gen International Budo Association invites you to attend at the MMA Tsu Shin Gen Camp that will be held in Ukraine from 19th May until the 23rd of May 2010.
The Chief Instructor of the Camp is: Kancho David Cook 9th Dan
Assistant Instructor is: Shihan Mikael Forsman 5th Dan
1.Included in the program of the camp are:
- TSG - Mixed Martial Art
- New Grappling Drills
- TSG –Kyokushin Karate
- TSG – Ashihara Karate
- TSG – Senshin Fighting Karate
- Grading test for students for 10th – 1st Kyu
- Dan grade test for Shodan, Nidan and Sandan
2. Arrival & Departure
Arrival of the participants: 19th of May at 17.00.
Departure of the participants: 23rd of May at 17.00.
3.The Summer Camp will be held at:
Ukraine, the Dnepropetrovsk, Sports complex "Dinamo"
4. Directions:
From the the central railway station on a fixed-route taxi ? 109, up to Street "Korolenko".
Please note that all foreign delegations will be met at the airport. Therefore we will need your flight number and arrival time.
5. Necessary things:
- two Karate Gis
- sports shoes
- sparring gloves
- individual means of protection
6. The cost of the Summer Camp will be EUR 120.
7. Included in the cost of the Camp is:
- Instruction Fee
- Three meals a day
- Accommodation
- Rent of the sports hall
- Registration of the Invitation with the Ukraine Authorities.
8. Examination fees:
- 10th to 6th Kyu - 12 euro
- 5th to 1st Kyu - 18 euro
- Shodan - 100 euro
- Nidan - 150 euro
- Sandan - 200 euro
( all prices are without manufacturing of belt)
9. VISA Applications
For all those from foreign countries wishing to visit the Tsu Shin Gen Camp it is necessary for the registration of the official invitation and visa support, that the application is received by us no later than the 25th of April 2010 with your date of arrival and the date of your departure.

- names and surnames of participants
- copies of passports – identification page with photo
- the address of the participant with the exact post address and contact phones, e-mails or faxes.
10. Dan Grade Tests
To all candidates who wish to participate in Dan Grades Tests, it is necessary to submit your application before hand and inform Shihan Mikael Forsman or Evgeney Tolmachev no later than the 25th of April 2010.
